The property is located on a hill overseeing the south end of the Puget Sound and nearby iconic landmarks such as the Tacoma Dome and the LeMay America’s Car Museum.
The property is a 14-story high-rise building with 94 condominium units. Our team was entrusted with carrying out a condition assessment of the Building Envelope system to include the main low slope roof, exterior commercial grade windows, pre-fabricated metal panels, steep slope metal coverings and CMU systems. We assisted the appointed Chair and the association with a comprehensive evaluation and recommendations for immediate and long term maintenance of the exteriors.
