Martin Flores, CE, ICC, RRCPRESIDENT, FOUNDING PRINCIPAL
With more than 27 years of construction experience, Martin brings a depth of knowledge in building envelope design. He is well-qualified to conduct investigations, analyze findings, and prescribe repairs for damaged buildings. His expertise is recognized by state and federal courts and by clients at the national and international levels. Martin has authored numerous technical articles and presentations for building professionals.
After graduation with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Martin has worked as a construction engineer, forensics engineer, laboratory manager, construction dispute manager, and building envelope designer. His deep understanding of envelope design equips Martin to address construction defects on most building types. Martin enjoys fly fishing, boating and hiking with his family, and tries to get in as much skiing as possible. |
ERIKA PFEIFFER, P.E.VICE PRESIDENT, FOUNDING PRINCIPAL
As one of Dimensional’s Founding Principals, Erika brings more than two decades of experience to the team. She contributes building envelope, structural engineering, and project management expertise to every project. Her advice is regularly sought by colleagues.
After graduating from Texas A&M University with a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Erika obtained her Professional Engineering certification and license in Washington. Since 1996, she has specialized in envelope and structural design, design documents, and construction inspection. Her project experience includes multi-family and condominium buildings, mixed-use buildings, single-family residences, medical facilities, and office buildings. When Erika isn’t engineering, she enjoys hiking and camping with her family, gourmet cooking, and reading. |
ERIC RAMSING, AIA, NCARBSENIOR ARCHITECT
As Dimensional’s Senior Architect, Eric brings over 40 years of architectural experience to our clients. His experience includes hundreds of commercial low- and mid-rise, restaurant, mixed-use and multifamily developments together with hundreds of tenant improvement and building rehabilitation projects.
Eric’s expertise equips him with a unique understanding of building types and potential construction issues. He is adept at recognizing, analyzing, diagnosing and formulating design repairs and performing construction observation for virtually any type of building or occupancy. When Eric isn’t at work, he enjoys skiing, hiking, world travel, classic car restoration, fixing things and inventing complex solutions for simple mechanical problems. |
STEVE LACEYSENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Senior Project Manager Steve Lacey earned his Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Washington and brings more than 20 years’ engineering, project management, and construction experience to our firm. His portfolio includes the full spectrum of projects from personal residences to full-scale commercial buildings.
Former and current clients include Microsoft, Boeing, Port of Seattle, T-Mobile, and dozens of property owners and managers. From project management, envelope consulting, fire protection and insurance to capital planning and real estate management, Steve brings a broad range of skills to our team. His unique combination of experience and keen understanding of systems guide his approach to client problem solving. When he’s not working Steve enjoys running, outdoor activities, reading, travel, raising kids and playing on his ‘old guys’ soccer team. |
MICHAEL DAVISOPERATIONS
Michael Davis spent 20+ years in risk management and quality assurance at the state and local levels including non-profit program management. After graduating from Seattle Pacific University he served as a volunteer crisis counselor and continues serving at-risk communities in his non-working hours.
As Operations for Dimensional Building Consultants Michael supports the engineering and architect team and serves the Community Associations Institute community as a committee volunteer. |
