Feature building near Trolley Hill, Seattle, Washington. The residential condominium property is built on the side of a steep hill and features terrace style grounds and period architecture of the mod 80’s. Concerns regarding water intrusion prompted ownership to secure our services to carry out a condition assessment of the building enclosure, and subsequently developing pricing and permit drawings to address the areas of anticipated work.
The design of the new exterior façade incorporated an updated look featuring custom radius iron guardrails necessary to maintain the original design intent of the property.
