Project Profile
Upscale apartment complex consisting of four separate towers and amenities areas, totaling 450 residential units. Our services included condition assessment of the roofs, exterior walls and elevated courtyards. Once the area of work was defined we assisted the Owner with preparing permit documents. Construction services included quality assurance services and updates to the original scope of work to account for new field conditions.
Our team also assisted the Owner with negotiations with the various insurance entities, as necessary. By taking a problem-solving approach we were able to carry out the work on time, under budget, and successfully.
