Project Profile
Upscale mixed-use residential building located in the skirt of the iconic Queen Anne Hill. The building is comprised of below grade parking, commercial space, and 34 trendy apartments with rooftop deck amenities.
Our services included design of Building Envelope systems, quality assurance services, and field testing services. The exterior design required construction of mock-ups for the purpose of assuring proper fitment and sequencing of the work.
