Project Profile
Nested in the intersection of two major highways, this condominium property consists of two large buildings, with a total of 66 units. The exterior elements of the property had reached the end of their services life and the building structure was suffering from water intrusion problems. In addition, some of the original elements were in need of upgrades necessary to accommodate the new building codes.
We developed several options for the repairs to include various types of materials and exterior color schemes. All of the options were aimed towards form and function, while keeping the budget in mind.
Despite complications in the project related to Design Review with the local jurisdiction, the project was completed on time and within budget. The value of the residential units has been reported with a significant increase since the repairs were completed.
