Martin C. Flores, Principal
Martin C. Flores is the founder of Dimensional Building Consultants, LLC. Martin has over 15 years of national and international experience in the assessment, construction, inspection and design of building envelope assemblies.
Martin has a degree in Civil Engineering from a leading Latin American Civil Engineering school, based in Monterrey, Mexico and holds a professional license in Mexico. Martin’s technical knowledge, ability to communicate in all levels of construction, and ability to negotiate during mediation are of great value to our Clients. Martin strives in providing superb customer service to our clients.
Martin is a car fanatic and an avid angler, who longs for that big fish that got away...
Erika C. Pfeiffer, PE, Principal
Erika D. Pfeiffer is co-founder of Dimensional Building Consultants, LLC. Erika has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Washington.
Erika obtained her bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University and is licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Washington. A project engineer by training, Erika’s key responsibilities within the firm are to carry out structural design / review of envelope assemblies and to provide a turn-key design package for the building envelope.
When Erika is not immersed in structural calculations or designing elements, she enjoys preparing chef-quality meals and spending time with her three kids (her two boys and her husband).
