Preventative Maintenance
Our preventative maintenance inspections include a comprehensive review of the project documents such as original construction documents, city-archived permitted documents, project manuals, surveys, maintenance orders, previous reserve studies, etc. Often overlooked but of great importance to the understanding of your building.
The site work may include visual examination and limited surveying/testing of the assemblies, necessary to determine the significance of the observations.
Our preventative maintenance services are typically utilized to prioritize areas of repairs, and serve as supplemental information to our reserve studies services.
